Jim is an Atlanta native and currently resides in Buckhead with his wife Lisa of 22 years. With a life long network of friends and business relations here, he is intimately familiar with this market and well equipped to assist you with your real estate needs. A proven leader in business development with 25 years of experience in sales, sales management and operations within the real estate industry. Jim spent the bulk of career as Vice President of Operations for Brand Property Management here in Atlanta, where he managed between 10-15 jointly owned franchise hotel properties throughout the southeast.

Most recently Jim managed sales for two resort communities on the Highlands/Cashiers plateau in North Carolina, which is just two hours north of Atlanta . He is still very connected to the Highlands/Cashiers market and holds an active real estate license there, so he can assist Atlantan's with their second home needs. Jim is also managing partner for High Mountain Investments, a partnership/business venture in real estate investment, development and construction in this market.
